I have to say the whole process was enjoyable. I was not looking forward to the process of needing to buy a new vehicle, old vehicle has 200,000 miles on it, replaced with the same only new. Service center was great but the people that called to set up the appointment need some training. I was told to have the truck there on a Wednesday morning at 7:30. Then when I called the day before abo set up the appointment need some training. I was told to have the truck there on a Wednesday morning at 7:30. Then when I called the day before about an issue I was told it needed to be there by 3pm that day or they couldn’t do the work. Then when I got it there early no one knew anything about it cause I was schedule for 7 am the next day. More

I was impressed that the very first thing I wanted to do was to speak to the mechanic who inspected and worked on my 2019 GMC Acadia. They did not hesitate in bringing him out from the garage and he answere was to speak to the mechanic who inspected and worked on my 2019 GMC Acadia.
