I was in the market for a vehicle for myself and I had did some shopping around. I had went to Northstar Chevy because of their reputation and found out that their customer service and staff far exceeded did some shopping around. I had went to Northstar Chevy because of their reputation and found out that their customer service and staff far exceeded their already great reputation. They were able to work with me regarding my then personal vehicle and then showed a valued intrest in putting me in the perfect vehicle. Their follow up and attention to detail must be commended. I have always been reluctant in the purchasing of a vehicle in the past due to a bad experience but in dealing with the people at Northstar Chevy has changed my attitude. Sales staff and service staff were incredibly friendly and performed the service work within the tight timeframe I required. The whole process went smoothly and the price was the lowest around. I went to Northstar and was not impressed by their approach. Very high pressure and they did not like the fact that I had researched the pricing for the car I was interested in. I went their before I approach. Very high pressure and they did not like the fact that I had researched the pricing for the car I was interested in. I went their before I went to the dealer I usually do business with because they had the exact car I wanted in stock. The manager did not seem at all interested in earning my business. I ended up going back to my normal dealer and making a deal on a similiar vehicle. Steve Albany More
