Inconsistencies again and again We went to Mohawk Chevrolet to purchase a used truck and the experience was the worst I have had in a car purchase. The dealer was not trustworthy and We went to Mohawk Chevrolet to purchase a used truck and the experience was the worst I have had in a car purchase. The dealer was not trustworthy and kept changing his story. We came to a price agreement and when the car would be picked up but this was delayed several times without good communication. Just before (finally) picking the truck up the truck was listed on their website at a LOWER price than what we had agreed to. We decided to end the deal but Mohawk Chevrolet came back to us desperate to close the deal and offering additional incentives. Upon coming to a new agreement we went to pick up the car and waited over an hour for the finance manager to come finish the paperwork. While waiting the sales manager left the dealership with no communication. Once the finance manager did the paperwork the interest rate was different than our original discussion. We ended the experience asking for a call from the GM which is yet to happen. This dealership was a total disappointment. More

We have not been happy with the sales department at all. When we went to pick up the vehicle, the plates weren't on it, the keys weren't available, and something needed to be fixed. Then, it was realized th When we went to pick up the vehicle, the plates weren't on it, the keys weren't available, and something needed to be fixed. Then, it was realized that there was no 2nd key because "a previous employee threw away 2nd keys." All of this should have been taken care of before we got there. The simonizing needed to be re-done and we had to ask for a 2nd key 3 or 4 times. At this point we would not recommend Mohawk Chevrolet to anyone. More
Overall happy with car. Slightly disappointed in finance area. Said worked with over 20 banks—- got us a very high percentage rate and if we didn’t call to check on the rate or say the credit union has muc area.
