Custom Truck not Order to Spec; Sales guy blamed factory Husband ordered custom built 2020 Silverado 3500 HD. The salesman tried to blame Chevy, but come to find out he never ordered the truck based on my hu Husband ordered custom built 2020 Silverado 3500 HD. The salesman tried to blame Chevy, but come to find out he never ordered the truck based on my husband's specifications. Husband is non-confrontational, so was going to grin and bear it - he accepted the truck anyway. Not a good first impression and I will never go there for a vehicle after buying multiple cars there when it was Northstar. Only consolation was the effort by the finance guy! Selected Fair on rating only because of Finance guy, otherwise would have been poor. More
