I dropped my car off for a 845 appointment and coordinated a ride to work. I planned to pick the car up when I got out of work but I had to unfortunately wait another 45 mins for my car to be read coordinated a ride to work. Not sure what’s the point of scheduling an early morning appointment if you won’t be serviced until 4pm. I was told GM didn’t provide them with a code that was needed for them to reprogram the keys, but I didn’t find this out until I called them at 3:45pm asking if my truck was ready… Service rep Hunter was good, but the rest of the experience was a disaster. More

I really don't like giving poor reviews but hopefully this can better your business. I have been leasing for years and know what a good experience and a bad experience looks like. I was the one who tried to make conversation with James a few times and it was obvious he was not interested in small talk of any kind. He did however make it seem like leasing a vehicle is a poor choice when he said things like "your basically renting it" . While I realize that is pretty much true but I got a tell you he took the fun out of my experience picking up the truck with the intensity of his closing . It was pretty clear that the only thing James wanted to accomplish was sell me the extras and he tried to do it by using fear tactics. It was intense and awkward . I have always had the sales managers come out to the waiting area and greet me and walk back with me while talking about current events . James summoned me by having a young man come out and say " James is ready for you" then walked me back to the office like I was on my way to the principals office. Now I have read reviews of customers having a bad experience that sounded very similar to mine and that they requested another finance manager and their experience was then completely different and more positive. I can't help but wonder if James is who they got the first time. I realize people have bills and families to support and so I hope this doesn't get the guy in trouble because that's not my goal but I definitely think there are some training opportunities here. After you've done everything you can to try and train someone if you're still getting the same feedback then unfortunately maybe that's not a great position for him. My experience with the rest of the dealership was pretty positive and does not reflect the time I spent with James and I signing paperwork. Based on the calls that I've gotten from managers to make sure that I'm happy and had a good experience I do believe that you guys care and want to make sure that your customers are happy.
