Knowing that we were coming in from out of state, we were annoyed and disappointed that sales did not have the used vehicle that we came to see ready for our inspection. Slow responses from dealership. 45 minutes to receive a refund check, and I paid cash. Remote start doesn’t work with key fob or Cadillac app. More

People are very nice. I felt I was short changed on my trade in. I was told one number when I ordered the me Vette, and was given a different one, lower, when I picked up I felt I was short changed on my trade in. I did the KBB exercise that was being advertised as I waited, and my trade in didn’t even make the lowest end. My new car was originally delivered to me wrong and had to be rebuilt. The rewards program just denied me for the work in my truck because it’s in my business name. I will not be buying my next truck there. More

I came in for oil change and also had them check a recall for a trailer brake controller that I had already done myself because another dealer couldn’t do it in time for a trip I had. I wanted them to replac for a trailer brake controller that I had already done myself because another dealer couldn’t do it in time for a trip I had. I wanted them to replace it even though I had already done it myself so the recall would be done through the official channel. However I noticed when I got home they did a poor job of putting the interior pieces back on correctly and now there is a large gaps in the center console. (Brand new truck just over 10k miles) I’m mostly annoyed because I had already done the job myself which was extremely easy and their tech did not do a good job putting it back together at all. I’ll fix it myself More
