Unprofessional and rude!! Really disappointed with this dealership. I bought a car from them a year and a half ago with a 6 years extended warranty. I recently sold that car an Really disappointed with this dealership. I bought a car from them a year and a half ago with a 6 years extended warranty. I recently sold that car and was trying to cancel the extended warranty. I contacted the finance department as was told that a form will be email to me and all I need to do is email or fax it back to the dealer and a refund will be process for the remainder of the warranty period. A couple days later I did not receive any document from them. I have been calling almost everyday now for about a week and have been told that someone in the finance department will call me back. I never did receive a call back. Finally today, I was able to get a hold of George in the finance department who told me with a rude attitude that no one is going to fax or email any document. He went on and said that the only way he can help me is for me to drive down to the dealership. I explained to George that I called about a two weeks ago and was told be someone else that he is going to email me a form and all need to do is fill it out and send it back along with proof of my car being sold. I also told George that the reason this other person was going to email the form is because I have moved from Modesto to Fresno and it is about 3 hour drive from me to drive to the dealership. Once again he rudely told me that the form in discussion can only be done in person. I find this odd. Not the get into with George I ended our conversation. I was really upset by the fact that he straight up lie to me and on top of that he is so rude like I have just spit in his lunch. A couple years ago I moved from Minnesota to California and have to cancel on an extended on my truck that I bought in Minnesota when I traded it in for a new truck. I was able to process everything via email so I know it can be done. I left a message with one of the sales manager but I have not receive a call back. Update: That same a manager called me and told me that he will the manager of the finance department call me. He reassure me that he will make sure that the issue will get resolved. It's been three days and no one call. I guess I have been lied to again. More
