Great Service Department It seems Modesto Toyota has changed up their service dept and how it operates. I have a newer Toyota Tundra and take it in primarily for maintenance s It seems Modesto Toyota has changed up their service dept and how it operates. I have a newer Toyota Tundra and take it in primarily for maintenance service. Communication was precise and they tell you exactly what they're doing beforehand. They started texting you with updates on how the service is going and when to expect the vehicle to be ready for pick up. Mind you, this isn't some automated text. This is one of the desk service reps texting you and you can respond back with any questions you may have. It's great. After the maintenance is done you see the same service rep and pay at their desk at the time you get your paperwork from the work they did on the vehicle. It's so much better than before when you had to go to a different person in a different area to pay. The biggest thing I noticed was when I picked my truck up. They had it out and ready for me as I walked out the back of the building. Normally I experience waiting anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes for them to pull my truck up. If these are all permanent changes and not some fluke service experience, you can tell Modesto Toyota really had the customer in mind when coming up with ideas of how to better the service dept.. They made things simple by making themselves more available to the customer and saving time. More

The Best Car We Ever Purchased! This is my 4th car purchase & was a little hesitant coming to new dealership. First off, my fiancé & I did our homework & knew exactly what we wanted This is my 4th car purchase & was a little hesitant coming to new dealership. First off, my fiancé & I did our homework & knew exactly what we wanted - a brand new Wind Chill White (Pearl White) 2019 Toyota Camry XSE or possibly any nice color with the same trim. We knew we wouldn’t settle for less. However, this dealership blew our mind. Not only did they offer different exterior colors, they also have different options on the same trim! They had about 4 options with the White XSE models & probably more in their back lot. We were surprised that they had it stock, given that typically white or black are the first colors to be sold out. So long story, short...we settled for a new 2019 Camry XSE with the upgraded JBL speakers, dynamic GPS, remote start via Remote Connect & many more. This car was fully loaded! Let me tell how the experience is... So we were warmly greeted by Joseph Delgado. We wanted to take advantage of any President’s Day sales & took the opportunity to look through True Car Value. It directed us to Modesto & Davis Toyota but Modesto had the higher Cars.com customer rating with more inventory. Anyways, he knew exactly what we wanted & also took the time to walk through their entire XSE Camry line-up. By the way, not only their front lot is already big enough, their back lot is just as huge! So we decided to test drive & mentioned that we were quoted through True Car Value by giving us a huge discount! With that said, he also mentioned their was a XSE Camry that had a plethora of upgraded features such as an 8-inch infotainment system, JBL clarify speakers, dynamic GPS, 2-tone rooftop, remote connect through my phone and/or watch. So we zero’d in on that. We went ahead & crunched numbers with no intentions to leave with a new car because we had zero down payment & our 2017 Corolla SE to trade in. However, Ben; which I believe is their finance manager; who is really nice, pitched their offer to us. At first, he explained that our car was appraised at $12,000 & needed $9000 for a down payment. With the negative residual being too high to slap onto the new car loan. So, we were automatically turned off & was already thinking about leaving at this point. However, my fiancé & I needed time to ourselves to talk things out and Ben comes back with great news! He went ahead offered $0 down payment, the trade-in with $14,500 value and a 8.9% APR. (Our previous APR stood at 12.8% with bad credit at the time.) We proceeded to take that offer & even asked to throw in some OEM All-Weather Mats, in which he did! (I believe they retail $140 in their parts department.) So, it doesn’t stop there...We went ahead and look over our contract. We talked to George, who is their other finance manager closing our deal. He asked about GAP insurance & extended warranties. We opted for the extended 5 year warranty that added another $6 to our monthly payment. So remember that 8.9% APR? He hooked us up & lowered it to 7.5%. In which we were super shocked & forever appreciated. Anyways, we drove away with the car that we really wanted & couldn’t be any happier. Very big shout out to Joseph Deldago for setting all the cool features to our car & taking the time to care of us. You’ll be seeing us again. More
