I had very bad experience with the general manger Reggie and sales manager lapon and Shaun they mistreated and dumped me badly over a claim I had( treasury promised me a discount of $1000 over wrongly set and sales manager lapon and Shaun they mistreated and dumped me badly over a claim I had( treasury promised me a discount of $1000 over wrongly set warranty plan)They didn’t respond my calls and emails and evade meeting me several times when I go in person to talk so it’s so irresponsible and embarrassing to play with customer that has bought 26 k Brand new Subaru Legacy also I have 3 yrs maintenance plan which is half way through but they told me it’s ended!!! and I should start paying out of pocket I will never buy a Subaru again!
