It took a while to get the parts, but I received excellent updates from a Servi We had a recall on the Pre-Collision System in our 2015 Toyota Avalon. It took a while to get the parts, but I received excellent updates from a Service Writer that made the experience excellent. Since then, we contact her anytime we need maintenance, have questions, etc. Also, the recall on the Pre-Collision System was handled extremely well by mechanics. Thank you for a job well done! More

Unnecessary Repairs Reported My maintenance light came on for an oil change, and my power steering was acting up with a lot of friction all of a sudden while driving, so I schedul My maintenance light came on for an oil change, and my power steering was acting up with a lot of friction all of a sudden while driving, so I scheduled a service appointment. The oil change was very reasonably priced. But, I was told that my power steering rack and lines need to be replaced ASAP along with an alignment for $1,975. This was definitely a shock while only going in for an oil change and what I thought would just be more power steering fluid added. Two weeks prior to this visit I had came in to this same dealership to get everything checked over before going on a trip and was told everything looks great. Today, I went to another, trusted dealership and was told that only two hoses needed replacing for $50. Huge difference. Needless to say I dodged a huge financial burden/bullet and will never be coming back here. Given that I am a young female I guess I look like an easy target coming in by myself. What a scam and waste of time. More

Bought a used 2016 Toyata Camrey We had a problem with our 2016 car the day after we bought it. We were upset but Modern's service was great. We had the car towed in (was covered by warranty) but it turned out to be battery. They were really nice to have two men to bring the car back to us without us having to drive up the mountain to get it.
