Same day request well served I needed a same-day (within 4 hours) service on my older Lexus in order to make a driving trip. I'd never visited this dealership in the past. They fi I needed a same-day (within 4 hours) service on my older Lexus in order to make a driving trip. I'd never visited this dealership in the past. They fit me in the afternoon schedule. The service rep listened carefully, called the service tech who offered to clean the engine at no charge and gave options on the diagnosis methods. After she reviewed the options with me, she led me to a very comfortable waiting area where I relaxed with hot tea and a bakery treat. In very short order she came to say they were finished and found the problem, I could check out or stay and relax as long as I'd like. At checkout, she produced a free car wash token for Bubbles next door which I put to use immediately upon leaving. She walked me to my car, thanked me for the business, and I was nearly in tears with the warmth and success of the appointment. I'll be back! More
