Lorie is THE best! A few weeks ago my boyfriend found a Jeep that he had his heart set on. I suggested we go to Modern Toyota just to see what options he had and if it came down to it, we would still do the Jeep. WELL Lori Holton was superwoman!!! She immediately got to work (even though they closed in an hour) & told us a few options she thought we might have. Into the next 3 days Lori was able to get us a brand spankin new 2019 Tacoma! Not to mention she stayed over almost 2 hours past closing EVERY one of those nights just to do everything she could to get him into this truck. When I get rid of my Honda Civic, I know exactly who I will be going to. Lori was amazing & will do anything to accommodate your needs. She truly cared for the situation & gave him a hope for something he thought could only be in a dream! More

Did not honor their own quote! I got a quote on a new 2019 Tacoma, with specified options. I also got a quote for a trade-in, based on photos and description. We went to the deale I got a quote on a new 2019 Tacoma, with specified options. I also got a quote for a trade-in, based on photos and description. We went to the dealership to finalize the deals and they changed both quotes. They said that someone must have made a mistake, and admitted it was on their end. But they would not honor the quotes. Their new prices were $500 more for the car and $500 less for the trade-in. We walked out the door and immediately called another dealership that had already provided a quote on this vehicle. They said they will have no problem beating the other quote. Plus, they acted like they actually wanted the business. Modern Toyota in Boone acted like they could care less about the whole transaction. Will never go back, and will spread the (bad) word as often as I can. I don't like to be swindled! I also want to thank Modern Toyota of Boone!! Because they treated me so poorly, we immediately went to the next closest dealer and ended up getting the exact same vehicle, with the exact same trade-in for $1500 less total! So, I'm sure glad you opened my eyes to your operation, and saved me a lot of money! More
