The service receptionist did not take accurate notes about my vehicles problem therefore the service technician could not properly work on my vehicle. When my husband spoke with the service manger he st about my vehicles problem therefore the service technician could not properly work on my vehicle. When my husband spoke with the service manger he still did not relay accurate information to technician. Later I spoke with the service manager to ask about my car (when I could pick it up) and he was supposed to call me "right' back but 24 hours later he had never returned my call. The problem started when I got new tires but they did not see it fit to take off my tires to make sure everything looked in place. In the end I left with no answers or hopes of answers. I understand that some problems take time to solve but I did not feel as if they put an effort into diagnosing the problem so it could be fixed. More

Great overall experience. From when I first contacted the dealership over the intranet, then the telephone, every experience was the staff wanting to help and give the best deal they could. I have a 2006 Prius that has been a delight since I bought it from this dealership in 2006. Recently it acted strangely to me. I sat in the car for about 10 minutes listening to the radio after I tur bought it from this dealership in 2006. Recently it acted strangely to me. I sat in the car for about 10 minutes listening to the radio after I turned off the engine. Once I stopped listening, turned off the accessory mode, and opened the door to get out, the car started beeping. I couldn't see anything that had been left on, so I closed the door to see if the beeping stopped and it did. I went away and left the car all day. That afternoon the car wouldn't start and did all kinds of weird things with lights on the dashboard. I waited about an hour and tried to start the car again and it started right up. The next morning I called Todd at Modern Toyota and told him about my car's odd behavior. He didn't seem shocked at all by what I described, and said it sounded like my 12-volt battery was getting weak. He didn't have any appointment times that day but said if I'd leave the car with him he would work it in. I drove over and the dealership provided a ride for me to get to work. That afternoon they picked me up again and brought me back to pick up my car. The entire experience was painless and comforting. I have my reliable Prius back again and couldn't be happier with Todd and the other members of the staff at Modern Toyota. More

We found the Sorento we wanted on autotrader.com. We notified Modern Nissan of Lake Norman on the computer. He was great and very informative, and he wasn't forceful on making the sale, which I appreciated. We took the deal he offered and are very satisfied with the deal and the service we received.
