Released uninsured vehicle Nightmare. We thought we had the best buying experience for our son's new car - Anthony made us feel so well taken care of. Even obtaining NC registra Nightmare. We thought we had the best buying experience for our son's new car - Anthony made us feel so well taken care of. Even obtaining NC registration and license plates. We didn't find out till 2 months later that Modern Subaru of Boone somehow managed to register and plate the vehicle without adding it to the insurance policy we provided them with. Since they registered the car and provided license plates, we never dreamed that our son was driving an uninsured vehicle (he is insured on all our other vehicles on the policy provided to Boone.) Two months later, our son had a major accident and is out $33,000 for the vehicle and will probably be sued by the other drivers. Thank you, Modern Subaru of Boone! And - they won't tell us how they registered an uninsured vehicle and released it from their lot. So NCDMV will have to tell us. More

Top of the Line Vehicle and Service Upon entering Subaru's premises, the greeting we received was friendly without any high pressure sales pitches. Geoff asked just the right questions Upon entering Subaru's premises, the greeting we received was friendly without any high pressure sales pitches. Geoff asked just the right questions and directed us to the vehicle that would best fit our lifestyle (2020 Forester). The entire experience was in a relaxed atmosphere (loved the mountain scenery on the back wall) and our new vehicle was "signed, sealed and delivered" in just over a couple of hours. Previous experiences with other dealerships have left us exhausted after a four hour process. Thank you Geoff and Modern Subaru of Boone! More

He was very helpful in easing us into a driving experience and use of the many features therein. Our buying experience has us feeling like we did receive a good buy on the vehicle and we want to ensure that our friends and neighbors are well aware of your cordiality and competence but also of the better-than-expected value and treatment we received on your sales floor. I may some day try the Toyota Dealership next door when we feel it is time to upgrade our V-8, four-wheel drive Tundra, but could not expect any better treatment as we felt we received and enjoyed when purchasing there yesterday! Kudos to a Dealership that can make the buying experience a joyful one! More

Joe Toliver came in ON HIS DAY OFF to process the deal that we had communicated, and Kayla Poole was an absolute gem answering all my (MANY) questions quickly.
