Inferior service center and lack of customer service I have had service done twice at this dealership and both times was disappointed in the customer service and the maintenance performed on my car. The I have had service done twice at this dealership and both times was disappointed in the customer service and the maintenance performed on my car. The first time, the service center changed the settings on my dash, moved the rear camera to a different position and they failed to fill all the car's fluids. After the second visit, which took over an hour to do an oil change and tire rotation, I complained to the only manager in the building (who seemed disinterested in my complaint) who took my name and number and said he would pass it on. Well, I never heard back from the dealer. I will never bring my cars back to this dealer. Very dissatisfied customer. More
