The sales team made buying my car so easy and they have been extremely helpful answering my questions even after I drove my new purchase home. Also, there wasn't any pushy hard sell. Well, Modern Subaru of Boone is the place to go for STRESS-F anxiety just based on previous experiences, by chance that did cause you to STRESS-OUT! Well, Modern Subaru of Boone is the place to go for STRESS-FREE purchasing! Peyton was my sales person, and he made everything SO easy! I called him to let him know I had my eye on one of the vehicles supposedly on the Boone lot; however it had not yet been delivered. Within 2 days, he had coordinated all the details, even offered to deliver my 2024 Subaru Outback to my doorstep!! WOW! Although I declined the offer (because I wanted to explore Boone for the day), he had everything ready for me upon arrival and I literally spent 30-45 minutes onsite and drove off in my brand-new vehicle, knowing I had the entire rest of my day to play in Boone! What an easy process! I totally recommend Modern Subaru of Boone to anyone wanting the safest vehicle out there AND the most amazing purchase experience ever!!! Thank you (Peyton and Team)!!! More

Went to look at a vehicle in which I had every intention of buying, until it came to negotiations, I mentioned I didn’t want haggle but would be reasonable, when it came down to it left without purchase and felt insulted I will never go to this dealer again. The very same thing in which I was told I was crazy for asking for was presented to me on first look at another dealer. I wish I had a name to warn you about, the salesman was a great guy it was the manager that didnt give a name that left me and my family a sour taste, I purchased a new Subaru as intended at Randy Marion Subaru working with Aaron Rourk and Keeley Murphy which was hassle and stress free. Thanks to that floor manager with Toyota polo with the smirk you lost business, keep up your hard work at killing business that earns you your pay check! More
