I made an appointment to bring my 2020 Pathfinder in for service. Got there a few minutes early and waited for 15 minutes before anyone even came up to me. My power window needed a new motor. I was told that there would be a $150 fee to find the problem. I ask about my warranty and the adviser said he did not know if that was covered. I ask what does it cover and he could not answer that. I had to leave it there to be checked. I was called back after I contacted my sales person to help me with this problem who was Great, Michael Cockeren! It was covered with a $100 deductable. Was told I would have to leave it overnight. Thant's my only vehicle. I also had a state inspection done and they called me and said I needed rear brakes. Funny thing is I just had oil change and tire rotation done a week earlier at Shattalon Tire and they did not mention brakes. I had same service done on my wifes car and they said she did need brakes. Also the same week I got it home I noticed moisture in my front headlight. Which they had replaced 14 months earlier. It was covered under warrenty at that time, which took them about 5 hours to replace while I was waiting there for it. They noticed my brakes but did not see a very noticable moisture problem. Back to this service, I was told it would be ready by lunch the next day and I called around 1 to check on it and they said tech was working on it and should be ready in about an hour. They called back at 4 and said my vehicle was ready and my cost was $1090 dollars. After telling them about my warranty they did get the right price for the brake work. When I called about the moisture in my headlight, I was told my service advisor was with a customer and would call me back in a few minutes. Never did get a call back, I took it in the next day to show them the headlight and to make a long story short, was informed it was not covered and would cost me $1,090 to have it fixed. I thank I;m going back to Shattalon Tire were I have taken my vehicle and my wife's vehicle, both are Nissans since I have had nothing but BAD SERVICE EVERY TIME I'VE BEEN TO MODEREN NISSANS'S SERVOCE DEPARTMENT! More
As of right now I’d never buy a Nissan from Modern until they honor their warranties. As if Certified Preowned Warranty means nothing they’ll fight tooth and nail to avoid covering my vehicle. I would have been better buying from an individual and taking my chances on vehicle longevity, this warranty is no different. A Service Bulletin covers my Titans engine and getting help is extremely difficult. Anyone can sell you a vehicle but can they retain that customer for future purchases? Not right now with this customers…buyer beware! More

Unscrupulous with very questionable business practices. I test drove a vehicle here and agreed to purchase. They told me the open recall would not be a problem. Once I signed the purchase agreement the salesmen put it in envelope behind desk and said “ I can’t sell you this car “. I’m not sure what kind of scam they were running but very upset about the amount of my weekend time that was wasted. The manager then lied to the police and said the recall was new that morning although it was 2 months prior and on the carfax report we discussed. More
I Bought a new 2022 Nissan Pathfinder from modern Nissan of Winston-Salem. August 24 of this year. Today is September.17 and my trade is yet to be paid off. And if that’s not enough they quoted the vehicle at $47,000 and the window sticker at it clearly listed at 44,000 I have called and spoken to management they tell me they’ll call me back and yet they never do. So much for service after the sell. If my credit gets affected by their inability to pay off the loan in a timely matter, I will resort to legal action More
They stole my time and money; I left my car for service to fix two particular problems. After an inspection, they called me and ask permission to replace some parts. What do you expect, after replacements, your problems would be fixed. Today my car has the same problems as before i had my car serviced. And their manager said to me " leave your car here after an inspection we will call you". When I asked, if you want to replace some parts and get paid, do you guarantee you will solve the problem. He said yes it is possible to change some part again and NOT SOLVE your problem. In my opinion, they just want to sell you a auto parts, don't care about your car. More
I would advise anyone to never buy a Nissan Kicks. The noise level inside the car from the road is horrible! I can barely hear my radio when driving on the freeway or highways. Also they might want to tell their service people to not make comments about a phone call until after I hang up. 😡 I wish I could trade cars already! More
