Great Experience!! Great Prices! I found an Altima on the Modern Nissan site and went in to speak to Steve and Ron. I spent about 30 minutes at the dealership and and had written quo I found an Altima on the Modern Nissan site and went in to speak to Steve and Ron. I spent about 30 minutes at the dealership and and had written quote for a great price below MSRP. I told Ron that we would like to purchase the vehicle that afternoon. We came in around 6:30 and everything was ready to go and were on the road with out new car 45 minutes later. Thanks Guys! More

Very Pleased in All Respects! I came to Modern after calling my long time friend and acquaintance, Steve Tuttle,, advising that I was on the lookout for a Toyota 4Runner. Steve ad I came to Modern after calling my long time friend and acquaintance, Steve Tuttle,, advising that I was on the lookout for a Toyota 4Runner. Steve advised he would be on the lookout for one. He called this week and advise they had one in Boone, NC and he asked John Potter to assist me. From then on through the closing on the purchase, Mr. Potter helped me. He was completely knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicle and its sale to me. He accompanied me on the test drive and while on it took the time to program my radio to play blue tooth from my Iphone. He did what would have probably taken me 2 hours to do with 3 phone calls, in about 8 minutes! I loved the 4Runner and hence purchased it. The dealership washed the car and gave me a full tank of gas to drive off the lot with! I believe Modern Nissan of Winston Salem, and Mr. John Potter on staff there to be surperb and the Best of the Best. I highly recommend Mr. Potter to everyone for their automobile needs. He is low pressure and does not try to sell you anything. He is very professional and I cannot say enough good and fine things about him! This place is awesome. We found the car that we wanted online and sent a request. The internet sales manager (Laci) replied within a few moments even though it was Sunday and the dealership was closed. Wh online and sent a request. When the internet sales manager got to work on Monday she followed through and found the vehicle we were talking about and made an appointment for us to come in. We changed the appointment and made it there earlier and when we arrived the vehicle was in front of the dealership with our name on it, waiting on us. The whole process didn't take long at all. We had to wait the longest for the vehicle to be buffed and cleaned on last time. The paperwork and all of that was quick and easy. Kevin Hauser was a great salesperson and helped tremendously. He helped and set the Bluetooth up for my wife before we left. He was great. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a Nissan. More
