I have a 2022 Nissan Rogue and my husband was driving it when the drive shaft broke. Had it towed in. Still under warranty but Frank Calderon said that due to the fact that the tire tread had a variance it when the drive shaft broke. Had it towed in. Still under warranty but Frank Calderon said that due to the fact that the tire tread had a variance it would not be covered and that besides the drive shaft and transfer case the rear coupler may also have sustained damage. We have driven AWD/4WD cars for 30 years. Never had a drive shaft to break. Why pay for a warranty if Nissan won't stand by it. I'm a woman but I'm not that stupid. Who in their right mind would spend $5600 to repair this on a 2 year old car. I even contacted George Sniadoski at their corporate and he was no help. Playing phone tag and constantly talking about a data breach and then phone problems there. That's not my problem , but not having a car because Nissan refuses to honor a warranty is the blatant dishonesty and terrible customer service. Last Nissan I will ever have. More
I found a vehicle I wanted, got all my information to them, ran the numbers, had several hard pulls on my credit, got a price I wanted and agreed to it over the phone, and made arrangements to come there them, ran the numbers, had several hard pulls on my credit, got a price I wanted and agreed to it over the phone, and made arrangements to come there tomorrow to sign everything (I’m an hour away). An hour later, I get a text message that they just sold the vehicle. I’ll never go to this Modern or any other Modern dealership because that entire exchange was both extremely shady and unprofessional. They’re untrustworthy. More
