I chose Nissan of Concord when purchasing a new vehicle because I know many of my friends and co-workers that have been beyond satisfied with their newly purchased Nissan vehicles and the way they were tre because I know many of my friends and co-workers that have been beyond satisfied with their newly purchased Nissan vehicles and the way they were treated by the Nissan of Concord representatives and salesman. I am more and more thrilled to be behind the wheel of my new Nissan Versa everyday and I just wanted thank Brook Eldridge for all his help in getting me fully acquainted and squared away with my new vehicle in a friendly and professional manner. Not to mention, a great thanks goes out to Tony Edmisten the Finance Manager at Nissan of Concord for the phenomenal, financially friendly 35,000 mile warranty he equipped me with for as low as an extra $14.00 a month tacked on to my monthly car payment. Also, my grandma, Clifford Gardner was above and beyond satisfied with his purchase of a new Nissan Versa; it just so happens he is not the most technologically advanced when it comes to things such as e-mails and computer surveys so just so Nissan of Concord is aware Brook Eldridge also helped to fulfill my grandpa's aspirations and that means a lot to not only me but my entire family. We love Nissan cars. We purchased our Murano in 2009, and we are more than pleased with our vehicle. So when we decided it is time for a new car for the city only, we chose the new Juke. The new car's design we are more than pleased with our vehicle. So when we decided it is time for a new car for the city only, we chose the new Juke. The new car's design and features are what we were looking for. We worked with Mr. Carter but also with the other employees (mentioned above) at Nissan to leave home with a new and modern car. I just moved to Charlotte so i looked for a Nissan Dealer on the internet. I called Modern Nissan and they were very nice and polite on the phone.They gave me an appointment for two days later. when I arrive on the internet. Mr. Kenney was very professional but friendly. My car was ready in less than a half hour. This was the fastest service I have ever experienced at a car dealership. This is not my first Nissan so I have been doing business with Nissan dealer for a few years. This was by far the best service I have ever had. I will continue to take my car to Modern Nissan and look no further for another dealership. More

Dealing with Internet people to negotiate price went well. But once I stepped into the dealership, it was a nightmare. I already had my financing approved - with an email as proof - and I was still bein well. But once I stepped into the dealership, it was a nightmare. I already had my financing approved - with an email as proof - and I was still being pushed into using their dealer financing. I was given some BS about the Patriot Act and that everyone who buys a car has to fill this out - along with your SSN - total crap!! The next day I went in with my credit union check to pay for the car and no one mentioned that I needed to fill out this 'mandatory' form anymore. I see why car dealers get a bad name - they are still lying to people. Definitely do your research - and obtain financing from a credit union - I received 2.24% financing for 72 months - the dealership couldn't beat that anyway! More

I am happy to say that through the good and the bad Nissan has worked with me. Yesterday my experience was awesome. Went in there just looking. Salesman Kramer came to us and greeted us with a smile. I wasn't looking to buy a new vehicle but the prices on the used vehicles were just as much as the new ones. I had a set payment that I could afford .They took my information and came back and showed me the vehicles that were in my budget. Test drove one that I really didn't like and found another one that I liked and before I knew it I was signing papers. I have given Concord Modern Nissan a Number one rating because they went over and beyond to meet my needs and to find me a vehicle that I could afford. Thanks Kramer and Concord Nissan for making my day! More
