Ken and Samara, We try to provide excellent customer service to anyone who gives us the opportunity to earn their business regardless of the department. When I see a negative review there is usually some truth to the situation and an opportunity for us all to learn and grow from it. It doesn’t excuse a poor experience, but it does allow us to grow as a team. Unfortunately, that isn’t the case in this situation. Josh spoke with you Thursday night right at close of business and informed you that the technician’s shift was over, and he was gone for the day so he couldn’t update you until the morning. The very next morning Josh reached out to you to let you know the vehicle wasn’t quite ready. He didn’t reach you and you didn’t respond. Keep in mind that we have already offered to deliver the vehicle to you at home at no charge which you confirmed with us the day you arrived. When you arrived, you were hostile that the vehicle wasn’t ready and then assumed you would start receiving discounts after a price had been agreed upon with all parties. We didn’t imply under any circumstance that you couldn’t afford the repairs, we simply offered you a financing option as we do every single customer regardless of repair or situation. I cannot say we do/did everything perfect but it’s at least fair to say there was quite a bit of information you forgot to put in your post about the role you played in your own experience. We work diligently to serve our customers but when we identify a customer as one that we will never be able to satisfy, then it’s best to part ways. We wish you the best in your future automotive needs
