THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT We were in town last week when our car died on us. We chose to have our car towed to this dealership based on the stellar service we have received for years at town last week when our car died on us. We chose to have our car towed to this dealership based on the stellar service we have received for years at Bradshaw Infiniti in Greenville, SC. We assumed that this was the standard for all Infiniti dealerships, but boy, were we wrong! Communication amongst staff members is horrible. We were told by Josh through text yesterday evening that our car was running. This morning, we closed our business to drive 3 hours only to find out that the car was not "drivable." Josh said," Oh, I misspoke. I'm the middle man." Not only that, we were told 3 different things by 3 different people. We were treated like we were not important, and we were being a bother. We were asked if a payment arrangement would help as if we didn't have the money. We ended up spending the whole day in Winston-Salem waiting on our car. There were other issues as well. We are paying customers ($6,200) and don't deserve to be treated like this. I will never spend another penny at this establishment, and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. More
