I actually had met Jim while I was servicing my Santa Fe months prior. Explained my lease would be coming due. Wasn't sure I even wanted another Hyundai. He said when the time comes, come talk to me. You love your vehicle! Which I did. He gave me his card. Never bothered me, never called me. Just let me be. That time came two weekends ago. I repaid the favor. Not sure Eddie remember me but I remembered him and once I told him the story I think he knew who I was. Came home with a smaller vehicle, smaller payment and brand new 2016 lease. Eddie listened to everything I needed and I can't thank him enough. I've already been referring business his way. The entire office is just a great gang of people! I can't remember all of their names but thanks! More

No one looks forward to that experience and it's always a little nerve wrecking getting into such a big purchase. But Alan at Modern Hyundai of Concord was so easy to work with. I told him what I wanted and expected after doing my own research and preparation. He respected that and in no time at all came up with a deal that fit me perfectly. No surprises at the end....exactly what he offered was what I walked out with. Thank you!! More

My brand new 2017 Santa Fe broke down -had to have engine replaced-not what you expect with a new car! But dealership washed their hands of it-VERY DISAPPOINTING way to treat a new Hyundai owner-Corp never answers the phone -as long as the car runs great you should be fine -but if it has problems Good Luck! Your own your own -even if it's under warranty! Dealer needs to step up and take care of its customers! More

Great price, fast purchase I had an excellent buying experience last week at Modern Hyundai in Concord, NC. Their website had clear information about models, options and prices. I had an excellent buying experience last week at Modern Hyundai in Concord, NC. Their website had clear information about models, options and prices. The listed prices were most competitive. I emailed Ashley Boyle, the internet salesperson to confirm the model, color and price and received a prompt response. I then went to the dealership, was helped very nicely by Richard Tillman, and after signing a few papers in the Business Manager George Nastase's office, I drove off the lot. Total time about 30 minutes. This was great for me because I don't have time to visit dealerships nor do I feel the need to test drive cars. Since I live in a different city, 80 miles away, it was particularly important to have an efficient and trustable interaction on email and phone followed by a single trip to the dealership. In this regard, Modern Hyundai scored high. I would highly recommend this dealership for its prices and customer service. More
