A couple days later he called back and said he still had not heard back. The only reason I was dealing with him over the phone and online is because I did not have a ride there during business hours. After 2 weeks Jake emailed me back, Here is our exchange: Jake: Hi Bryan, this is Jake Cornett at Boone Ford. I guess the jeep was not going to work out for you and it has been sold. Are you still looking for a vehicle? Let me know we got some stuff in and I can keep an eye out for you. Bryan: After not hear back from you for 2 weeks and after seeing you ran my credit through at least 3 different credit check companies I found something else and hopefully better. You guys suck and were a complete waste of my time. Jake: That was me trying to help you and we did get you approved and then did not hear back from you after I told you the money you needed down. Your attitude sucks and trying to get you approved made me dumber just dealing with you. Jake: You never even showed up and that was more work than you think. THis is why I dont try to approve people like you or care anymore because you show no appreciation for the time I did try to help you. Everything seemed fine until we got down to talking about the number and things got fishy. Greg the finance guy is dim witted and his vagueness made him sound shady. Enter Alfred Glover, the owner, with his slick smile and his complimenting of my wife's shoes. Instead of sounding personable and professional, he just came of greasy, I wanted to bathe. They never could get the numbers to show what we agreed to so we drove a few miles away and saved $1500 in cash and 2% in credit. I guess there is an obvious reason they sell so few cars per month. I went in to the dealership to look at a few used Edge's and after talking to Mr. Glover, he recomended me go drive an MKX. WOW!! He knew more about what I wanted than I did! I have since had it in for service and eveyone at the dealership treats me like I'm family. I would recomend this dealer to anyone that was looking for a new Lincoln or Ford vehicle. More

I have never meet anyone in a sales enviroment with such an arrogant or aloof attitude as their finance manager. The price on the car was great but as soon as the finance manager realized we were informed shoppers (had already done our research and knew what competitive interest rates were) and were not falling for any financing schemes or extended warranties his attitude changed like a Jekyl and Hyde. Save yourself some dignity, shop price with them but definitely go elsewhere to purchase. More
