Your sales people are great and you have some nice cars to offer. I purchased a 2011 Ford Explorer from you last year (2020) and I really like it. Chandler was really great to work with. I wouldn’t recommend this service department unless there is a drastic improvement in how it is run. For a business like yours to have repeat purchases but to have so many complaints about the service department repairs on recent or a little older purchase doesn’t inspire confidence and really ruins your reputation to be an all-around great dealership. Both sides should be working together for the satisfaction of the customer and the good of the business. Having to keep going back for the same problem 4 different times, having to pay several hundred dollars each time, being told it wasn’t the left CV joint and then being told the problem was repaired each time makes my experience with your service department a very unreliable one. Driving my vehicle after it was supposedly repaired only to have the problem still not fixed has made this an extremely expensive and highly irate experience for me. This service department is unprofessional and doesn’t seem to care about the customer. I have talked to the service manager every time about this and I’ve been told it isn’t the CV joints every time. There has also been a lack of detailing being done on my vehicle when I’ve picked it up. There are grease marks on the inside and outside of the doors and on the steering wheel. When a vehicle is brought in for repairs the service manager should be the one to speak to the owner of the vehicle about what has been happening with the car, including noises they are hearing and how it is handling. This involves a phone call which should be part of the vehicle intake procedure. Then the service manager or master mechanic should be the one going over the car and listing the problems found. After this, speak to the owner to let them know what is wrong, unless they already know, and what the estimate for repairs is. I understand the need to teach people who want to improve and/or further their skills in repairing vehicles and work in a service department but there needs to be at least one master mechanic to look over the repairs that are done and make sure nothing has been missed. This would include driving the vehicle to make sure it is running correctly. Otherwise the service department becomes a huge letdown to those of us who have purchased vehicles from your dealership not to mention the expense for problems still unresolved. Due to my unsatisfactory results in trying to get my vehicle repaired the way it should be at the business I purchased it at and the expense of multiple repair times with the main problem still unresolved I now have to go to another repair shop to have my vehicle fixed so it will be reliable again. I previously rated this dealer poorly because of an issue I had with a car I bought from them. I needed a second key, and at first the sales manager refused to call me about this even though I asked se issue I had with a car I bought from them. I needed a second key, and at first the sales manager refused to call me about this even though I asked several times. However when the company president, Trish, found out about this she immediately rectified it, and I am now very happy with the dealership and how she handled this complaint. And I love the car. More

We weren't able to drive it for the entire first month due to the fact that it needed an entirely new transmission. My husband noticed the leak while we were still there. They had told us that is just got ran through their shop and there was nothing wrong with it. My husband insisted they look at it again, and wouldn't you know it....the transmission was crap. We had gotten their 50/50 warranty, but when it came time for them to pay up on 50% of the new transmission, which was $2000, Trish would only give us $750 and told us "we were lucky to even get that" from her. The customer service all the way around was terrible. The sales guy we had was new and had no idea what he was talking about when it came to trucks, and their manager that was there at the time was such a joke. We also had to have the brake lines replace, front ball joints replaced, and the interior is falling apart. The entire way they handle business there is completely shady. So very disappointed! More

They worked with our bank and got us out the door pretty quick. If your one of those who have an issue,it might be a good idea to look and see if your the one with issues.
