I came a few times to look at the truck I wanted and really did my homework on what I was looking for and what I thought would be an acceptable price. I test drove it twice before I bought it and never felt pressured into something I wasn't ready for. When I came ready to purchase I was helped through the process and was shown several different purchasing options (0% Financing, rebates ect.) and was able to see the real price that I would be paying and chose the best option for me. The process was quick and seemless. I would recommend this dealer and Jake as the salesman to anyone. The dealership itself however has given me poor service after the fact.. I found some damage on my wheel shortly after purchasing. Granted I didn't look it over great the day I purchased that great (it was raining for one) but Im not sure that I wouldve seen this anyway unless I did a Very Thourough inspection. I know for 100% I did not curb or damage the wheel myself, and the Tire even has the little rubber pieces left on it literally less than a inch away from the damage so its Very Obvious it wasn't curbed. They made me feel as if I am responsible for it and said since it left the lot and I cant prove it was done before hand that its on me to fix. They gave a "Discount" of a $60 dollar fix but its the principal of the matter that I purchased a Brand New vehicle from them and Paid a good bit of money and they want to nickle and dime me for something I know for a fact I didn't do. This to me is not good customer service and seems they are just wanting to get whatever they can out of me after the fact. More

I flew into Greensboro, NC airport and Jake was there to pick me up. He took me to the dealership and within an hour I was on the road, with my new truck, back to Atlanta. More

Avoid at ALL Cost Terrible experience. Took a screen shot of the price of a Corvette. 2 days later the price was 5k higher. Sales guy through emails told me they would Terrible experience. Couldn't give me a trade in price over the phone because couldn't find VIN (I gave them insurance card). Drove over an hour and 2 people I was supposed to meet with, 1 couldn't be found and other had better things to do. I check out the Grand Sport, was told it was immaculate, found at least 7 issues. Front bumper splitter chewed up beyond repair, side skirt chewed up, scratch on spoiler, scratches by mirror, front bumper beaten up (car has 3K miles). Anyway, go inside and the guy gives me this ridiculous $37K offer for my mint condition, 10/10, showroom quality C7 Z51. And the grand sport I looked at is showing almost $66K when the screen shot I took 2 days before was just under $62K. They have to "check" with the guy who told me they would honor it but he was no where around. They come back with a whopping $40K trade in amount because according to them, needs tires which it doesnt. Just a way to give you less for your trade in. KBB values is $42.5 - $46K, they didn't seem to care because it needed tires. Long story short, never updated their offer sheet to reflect the $62K price I was told I would get, gave me a joke of an offer so they could put it on their floor for $50K and make $10K on a customer, AND they described a beaten up car as "immaculate". Then instead of calling me when they read my Google review, decided to just say "call us". Terrible customer service, inaccurate vehicle description, and will rip you off for your trade in. Avoid this stealership at ALL cost. More
Don't Waste Your Time First they show an on-line price for Cruze Hatchback as $17,990 with blue print underneath saying Chevrolet is offering 0% for 72 months... guess what First they show an on-line price for Cruze Hatchback as $17,990 with blue print underneath saying Chevrolet is offering 0% for 72 months... guess what? That $17,990 includes a $4000 rebate that isn't available if you choose the 0% financing - misleading in my opinion. Long story short my sister has bad credit (medical issues) and I have great credit (>800). I had offered to cosign - they ran numbers and came back with an untenable offer. I called and asked that they run with my info only and the salesman said he might not be able to do so based on state in which car would be titled... I asked that he get back to me with an answer. Four hours later no word. Guess what I am going to take my credit and go to a SC dealer and buy my sister a car and drive it to her. The salesman could have just said no but no I guess they thought we would just figure about the time we wasted there... More

Worst Service Dept Ever I took my car in for service and they said I had a oil leak, which I'd never noticed even though I park my car in a garage. Thy advised to bring it back when I reached 1000 miles and the would check to see if it was still leaking. If it was, they would keep it and provide me with a rental since my vehicle is still under warranty. I took it back at 1000 miles and it was still leaking. I was then told that they couldn't give me a rental until the parts came in. I had to go back 3 days later. They kept my car almost 2 weeks after advising that I had additional crankcase issues. I just picked it up this past Saturday. My car is now smoking, has leaked oil on my garage floor and guess where I'll be tomorrow....back at the xxxx dealership again for another wasted Saturday..the 5th one in little over a month. My car has 41000 miles on it and should not be having this kind of issues. I keep my vehicle serviced, have been a loyal customer, and have even sent customers your way but no more. I'm a widow and keep my vehicle in good shape so as not to break down at night while alone. I would think that you...a proclaimed customer oriented dealership, would considers customers like me when you do service work instead of doing shoddy repairs while filling your pockets with money either from your customers or the warranty center. If I could have given you zero stars I would have and once this piece of crap car is gone, I'll never deal with you again and will let everyone I know who's considering purchasing a car not to come to you. More

The dealership didn’t have any of those high pressure sales tactics everything was straight forward. I felt I paid a fair price for the Colorado. All the employees in site seemed to be happy and smiling, a sign of a good place to work. Andrea in finance did a great job showing me a few very good options that made sense to me. Still no pressure here. As I was leaving the manager Jeff, thanked me for buying the Colorado. After everything is said and done, this should be the place that everyone should buy their next car or truck. Buying my Colorado here made me think of the fact that Modern has been in business a long time. I remember when I was a kid they were in downtown Winston. Thanks Modern Chevrolet for giving me such a great truck buying experience. More
