This is what I ordered ITEM IN YOUR ORDER QTY 1960-1966 STEPSIDE - LH/RH (STAINLESS) SKU: 910560S-web14000 1 It said LH/RH. when I received the part there was only (1) taillight. When I called the dealership to ask about this. I was transferred over to person name Bill I wasn't given his last name. he told me he was the Assistant General Manager. So the problem I have is Bill doesn't know how to talk to Modern Chevrolet (Classic Muscle) customer. He was very rude and not very understanding to the problem I had at hand. I would think twice before ordering from Classic Muscle due to if your order is shipped to you wrong per what the WEB Site description says. I hope you don't get the same person I got name Bill? Stay Away if you are Looking to do an Internet Deal This morning I tried purchasing a 2019 Chevy Sonic RS from Modern Chevrolet in NC. I live in Tx so was trying to make an internet purchase. Apparent This morning I tried purchasing a 2019 Chevy Sonic RS from Modern Chevrolet in NC. I live in Tx so was trying to make an internet purchase. Apparently, Modern Chevrolet has a policy that all internet deals or deals out of state take 2nd priority to people that come in the dealership. Customer service is very important and not just for people that walk into the dealership. My sales associate was Cory Bittle and he was extremely rude multiple times and apparently he couldn't understand that internet deals deserve some time as well. I was fully prepared to buy a car today and even set up my own shipping to get it to Tx (because the dealership told me that they couldn't help with any of that). Not only did they lose a sale today but hopefully this is a little reminder to treat people with some respect whether they are in person or on the phone. Come on Modern Chevrolet...it's time to step into the 21st century! More

Although she is fairly new in sales, she was knowledgeable, friendly and able to answer all our questions, of which we had many. She took the time to search through their inventory until she found the car that matched our exact needs. We never felt any pressure to buy the car or anything else they offered to go along with it. It has been about a week since our purchase and she has continued to stay in touch with us to answer any new questions that might arise. We love the car and will recommend Veronica and Modern Chevrolet to anyone who says they are looking to buy a new or used car! More

Fair Price/No Pressure Service Oriented Salesman I am a senior female and did not expect that I would be given a good deal or a fair price for my trade in. Well, I could not have been more mistaken. The manager gave me the Blue Book fair trade in price for my 2007 Monte Carlo SS within minutes of my arrival. Also, the dealership had a reasonable discount on the internet and that was honored. The best part of my experience was my salesman. Marcos Diaz was patient with me during the entire process and did not pressure me in any way. Even though he explained the features on my vehicle when I picked it up I am having trouble mastering them and he has told me I can come back at any time to have him help me master them. He is very service oriented and has a commitment to help the customer learn how to use all of the options which are on the vehicle. I highly recommend that you ask for Marcos Diaz when you want to purchase a Chevrolet. More
