I traveled over 900 miles to purchase a car. To say I was a little nervous would be an understatement. When we arrived we were met by Craig and Nina. My experience at Modern Auto Sales was very good. I found the vehicle i wanted on their website, called and asked if it was still available, then came in the next day and had all of my questions/concerns abo the vehicle i wanted on their website, called and asked if it was still available, then came in the next day and had all of my questions/concerns about the vehicle answered by my saleswoman Nina Cataldo with little stress. I was able to take the vehicle for a test drive alone which is what i wanted for less stress. As for the paperwork dealings, Nina was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and paperwork things and also good at making sure i understood what each document meant, what the absolute final cost to me would be w/varying options i could choose and was able to deal with my insurance company to get the info transferred, helped me get my trade-in vehicle info done and also helped me after the sale with my registration paperwork and some other minor issues. 2 weeks after purchase i had a door latch problem come up where my passenger door wouldn't close. i didn't hesitate to contact Nina again and ask what could be done to remedy this situation since it was so close to the date of purchase and she helped me get in contact with the service dept. where i got the problem fixed for free after a couple of days (had to wait on a part) in which i was given a free loaner vehicle to use until mine was repaired. All in all, a 9/10 for my experience with Modern Auto Sales the only downside being the door problem i had. 10/10 saleswoman experience w/Nina 10/10 cleanliness of dealership and vehicles 9/10 only because of vehicle problem More
