I didn't buy a car from these guys but I still strongly recommend Modern - here's why. I'm in the market for a specific trim package on a pretty niche car and saw something close at Modern Auto Sales so recommend Modern - here's why. I'm in the market for a specific trim package on a pretty niche car and saw something close at Modern Auto Sales so I called to schedule a test drive. The person who answered the phone (both times I called!) ended up being Nina, the salesperson I worked with. I had a super tight window that day and Nina had everything set up for me - the car was out front, she did what she needed to do with my license super fast so I could get on with the test drive, she had answers to a couple questions I had asked ready after my test drive, and was so conscientious of my time constraints. I didn't get a bunch of pressure, she didn't hover over me or insist on accompanying me for the test drive, and it's clear every car on their lot was immaculately cared for or reconditioned for sale. I had an extremely different experience at a different dealership a couple days later and it reminded me of the breath of fresh air that is shopping for cars at Modern Auto Sales. More

Disclosure: I have absolutely no ties to Modern Auto Sales, except that they just sold me a fantastic truck and I'm pumped! I have looked EVERYwhere for the right truck, and was met with a lot of dead ends. ----------- What can I say? I had a truly desirable transaction with Kevin at the Dracut location! I saw a truck listed online, that was at their Tyngsboro location. I called and asked if it was still available, and within 20 minutes he had the truck moved to Dracut so I could take a look! THAT is fast service! But what happened during the preview and negotiation process is what was even more commendable. Kevin didn't SELL me the truck. He only gave me the tools and info needed to make an informed decision for myself. He repeated himself a couple times for clarity, that he's not in the business of forcing quick sales that might end up ultimately with dissatisfied customers after they take it home. Because after all, forming long term relationships with happy customers is what a business like Modern Auto Sales thrives on. Kevin was super friendly without an ounce of pressure, which I appreciated! The truck was priced more than appropriately for what it was, and I couldn't be more thrilled about the superb condition they had it in, as well as the feeling that I got every penny in value that I paid for it. Well, it started with a simple email about a 2016 Corvette, sunday morning of all days. With a surprisingly quick response to my email, I found myself in the showroom three hours later.
