had $800 of repairs that lasted 1500 miles. My F250 diesel broke the serpentine belt while we were visiting relatives in our home town, Grants Pass. I had it towed to Mock Ford. They replaced My F250 diesel broke the serpentine belt while we were visiting relatives in our home town, Grants Pass. I had it towed to Mock Ford. They replaced the serpentine belt and power steering pump for a total of $806. I drove a whole 1525 miles and the power steering went out again. This time I took it into my local Ford Service Center in McMinnville, OR. They found that a tension pulley was bad and had allowed the new serpentine belt to slide half off. This time the damage was $2800. I called Mock Ford four times over four days and got blown off. The Service shop foreman promised me he would take it to the Service Manager the next morning. Nothing still. I wasn't being nasty or demanding they pay me back, I was calling to see what they could do. I expected some good faith, but nothing. Of course the service manager is a Mock so you know calling the dealership owner would do no good. I would not recommend having anything done to your vehicle here because if something wasn't right they will just ignore you until you go away. Calling Ford doesn't help because they will tell you all dealerships are independent. Steer clear of this dealer. More

Service sucks this is the worst dealership I have ever been to. They have never done a xxxx thing right since I moved here 15 years ago. If I had to depend on them this is the worst dealership I have ever been to. They have never done a xxxx thing right since I moved here 15 years ago. If I had to depend on them to fix my car, I would rather walk and keep all the in my pocket because in three trips there they have NEVER solved a .problem on my 44,00 mile car. Bought a new car and signed the contract - was called to redo the contract and when refused they tried to keep the 2 nd key and the car - bait and switch! When told Ron that according to the attorney generals office that they can't do that he still tried to bluff us into resigning the contract - we refused to give in and he finally caved but not before trying make us feel guilty and claiming the boss is making him pay the 2,000 back by taking 500 a month out of his paycheck...... Let's just say Mazda corp isn't happy with them at all!!!!! We are now dealing with crater lake ford for service. More
Mock Ford sells vehicles that they do not stand behind. Once you have signed on the dotted line do not expect further assistance from them. I am not the only one they have done this to and I will not be the last. If you are a single women, a husband trying to keep your wife safe on the roads, or especially a parent wanting a dependable vehicle for your child I am warning you to exercise caution if you still choose to purchase from Mock Ford after reading this. This is not written in anger but out of concern for other people that will be taken advantage of by Mock Ford. It is not only their customers they treat without concern,they treat their own employees like commodities. They laid people off that had spouses and children to support without even a moment's notice and now they have reduced pay for current employees. Gene Mock is not a business owner that is to be respected or trusted. More
