Went to dealership after being told to come in at 7am, advisor told me they would have to order parts, 2 weeks went by never heard a thing till I called them was told part of the part was there but the other part was on back order, it could be six weeks 3 days later they said the part was in and to come in on Wednesday. I called back to see about an appointment which the never made, told the car would have to be there overnight, less than 3 hrs later they called and said the job was done. I had to call twice to get the problem resolved, I'm used to service advisors calling me to tell me what's happening not me having to call them. They need to get their act together More

broken promises Ordered a 2017 Mustang convertible. Was told it would be around 8 weeks for delivery but ended up being 15 weeks. Salesman said he found another car w Ordered a 2017 Mustang convertible. Was told it would be around 8 weeks for delivery but ended up being 15 weeks. Salesman said he found another car with more options that he would try and get for the same price than came back and asked for an additional $4,000. Then was told by salesman he would try and get me a 2018 model for the same price I was quoted but then asked for an additional $3,300.00 Guess he didn't understand what same price meant. The best part of the experience was the closing. I expected high pressure tactics to try and sell me everything from extended warranty to rust proofing but this did not happen. Pleasantly surprised how the dealer kept his word on the agreed price and even notified me of an additional $600.00 rebate I was entitled to. Overall not happy that a convertible that was ordered in June didn't arrive till October for which the salesman said he would do anything to "make me happy" and then did nothing but make me angry. Overall would go back due to low pressure tactics and ease of closing. Just get a different salesman. More
