Been in about 6 times. Not once did someone approach us to ask if we needed help. Very unfriendly. Work for the city and they did a shammy job with our vehicles. When they failed to finish a job, upon calling to have it finished they said we would have to wait a couple of days...wrote 6 times on the email service to have recall work done. No response. More
no call back don't answer phone I called and called about our recall on my ford fusion on the air bag first they said they had to order the part no call back. Today again tried to call them when talking to service department they hung up on us and when trying to call back phone rang and rang then just hangs up on you. More
Lost Drivers License I left my drivers license lay on the console and it slid through a small opening between the dash and console of my F350. I needed my license for ID I left my drivers license lay on the console and it slid through a small opening between the dash and console of my F350. I needed my license for ID to fly home. Moab Ford’s service manager took the dash apart and retrieved my license that same morning and didn’t charge me a cent. I have driven Fords for most of my life and this is one of the best dealerships I have dealt with. More

Fantastic service in an emergency. Lots of TLC from staff I was traveling cross country for 2 months. Picked up bad gas in KS. Cascade of issues. Don't take your vehicle to Moab ford Kevin is rude and dismissive asked about warranty on my vehicle that I purchased at Moab ford and was told I had to have the vin. No follow though I contacted the dealer over phone about a vehicle on a Monday. A salesman took my info, we discussed a vehicle they had in Stock. I asked for some photos of the vehicle because they hadn't posted any on there website. I ask on Tuesday for a price on the vehicle and they said they needed to discuss it and call me back. A few days later I called to see what the problem was with the price. Apparently 5 days later the salesman quit and the dealership didn't follow up, and sold the vehicle. More

I've had Moab Ford service the car (not a Ford make) and they have always been courteous, quick, and maintain my vehicle well. I think Zach is the best mechanic I could ask for and he helps me understand my car better each time he maintains it! The team is so wonderful! More
