I purchased my 2015 Subaru Forester brand new from Mitchell Subaru over 10 years ago and have always relied on them for service. They are an exceptional dealership and a pleasure to work with. This past week I brought my Forester in at 105k miles for routine service and waited while it was serviced. The new Mitchell Subaru facility has a service customer waiting room that allows you to watch your car as it is put on the lift and serviced. The oil and filter were changed, the tires were rotated and all the fluids were topped off. Then I watched as a full front-to-back and top-to-bottom inspection was completed. A few minutes after my vehicle was taken off the lift my Mitchell Service Representative (Kyle Conley) handed me the full printed report on my vehicle's condition. All was good and I was on my way home in a bit less than an hour. I would like to mention that Kyle was very pleasant, professional and thorough as he reviewed the inspection report with me. I have no hesitation recommending Mitchell Subaru to anyone looking for competence and professional customer service. I bought my first Subaru back in 1979 from Mitchell Subaru and have to admit that the 2015 Forester is my 7th Subaru. The Subaru vehicles are extremely dependable when routinely serviced and my family will always have at least one in the garage. Of course they will all be from Mitchell Subaru! More

The service was fast and Jon Bye my service advisor was very helpful, friendly and professional. He offered to provide me with a printout of service recommendations for my 2023 Outback.
