I am almost about to take my business elsewhere. I don’t like that when I go to service, Donna is very rude, very nasty, when asking her a question about the vehicle I’m getting serviced. This time she was like that when I go to service, Donna is very rude, very nasty, when asking her a question about the vehicle I’m getting serviced. This time she was horribly rude, wanting me to hurry up and put the loaner vehicle keys in her hands, like I was going to run off with the car. When paying for the service, she told the lady to sanitize the counters down where I was standing. My husband said that Donna was also pretty rude to him. Also, the last several times we take the vehicles in for service, they don’t even provide the wash and vacuum they are supposed to provide. Donna just kept making rude comments about the vehicles already being nasty, and how she’s not over the department that handles the wash and vacuum. This car dealership is putting a very nasty taste into my mouth, and I’m certain that Donna has lost business for this dealership. She needs to be very very careful when she speaks to me, because I can and will take my business elsewhere, and I will never purchase another vehicle from that Mazda dealership ever again! More
