They were very pleasant and helpful. Both people were pleasant when I came in to drop the car off. When I came back to pick it up Donna offered to show me how to program the key and explained the importa pleasant when I came in to drop the car off. The sales person was friendly, however, I was promised a Garmin for the navigation, because the 2013 Lincoln mks that I bought didn't have it. The bottom line is this. I bought the car at the very top end price of KBB. I was promised a navigation system, which I never received. Also, within 2 days of purchasing the vehicle, the left rear LED brake light went out. I informed the sales person and NEVER got a response. I bought one for 265$. Friendly to your face, but once the sale is made...kicked to the curb...that's how it felt. As long as they got their money. Car bought for 20000$. More
