Mazda 3 has never needed maintenance. They just replaced seat cover and upgraded software. The 1st time was the best service dept I have been to. The last time was not so good. The woman at the desk got off the phone and finished the conversation by herself. You should e thankful for getting a ew transmission... your xxx... all in front of me. Then after I leave, I realize that the complimentary wash and vac came with free windshield smearing on the inside. It's been 2 weeks and I am still trying to get it all off More
