Mitchell Hyundai - Service Center

I'm not one to write a review, let alone a bad one, but I was very disappointed. Seem to be too much in a hurry to listen to any concerns about my vehicle. While paying, the person did not speak until she told me how much it was. No smile, hi, hello or anything & never raised her head to even make eye contact. I was supposed to receive a free oil change with one of the recalls & it wasn't done either. More

Great service after receiving erpare part for front sea Always great service. Service team got to work as soon as I arrived on driver seat repair. It took two days to get part. Under warranty. Took my car in with a rattle. I was told I was past due on a oil change even though I'd only put a few hundred miles since my last oil change and this was the cause. They performed the service and the rep on a oil change even though I'd only put a few hundred miles since my last oil change and this was the cause. They performed the service and the rep told me the problem was solved. Drove off the lot and immediately heard the rattle. Service rep (Tucker, I believe) told me to "just drive it and see if it goes away". I took it back the next day and showed the mechanic the problem (Jason, very polite and indeed fixed my car). They then determined I needed a new timing chain assembly. If I had listened to the rep and kept driving my car, I would have had a much bigger problem. It was clear through all the back and forth with the rep that he didn't have time for me and was constantly trying to rush me out the door without even fake politeness. This ordeal took two weeks. I'm selling my Hyundai and not going back. This was my second experience with Mitchell Hyundai in Enterprise and neither were pleasant. My car IS fixed and runs well, but it was not an easy trip. The people was kind and very knowledgeable. The called to update on the status of my vehicle while servicing it.
