We are sorry that your visit was not satisfactory. The recall that was done on your vehicle takes 48 minutes to perform. A courtesy vacuum takes about 10 or 15 minutes for the front floorboards as you requested if there are no other cars in line for detail. Unfortunately we do not have a gas pump at the dealership so it took another 10 minutes or so to take your vehicle to the service station for fill up. We are constantly trying to improve our processes to minimize wait times for our customers and will continue to make necessary adjustments to insure total customer satisfaction is achieved.
