Thank you for the review on us here at Mitchell Hyundai. I apologize for the issue on hand. No one should have to come back for fluid top off after a service. Completely unacceptable on our behalf we dropped the ball. I am going to take care of your next oil and filter change here at Mitchell Hyundai for the inconvenience of having to return this morning. The service I asked for was not done, instead they trumped up over $3,000 worth of bogus(got reciepts) recommended repairs. I was in the waiting area and the agent never spoke to me about any of them, More

Unfortunately, we cannot judge oil consumption without repairing an active oil leak first. The other items sent on our digital text message multipoint inspection recommendations were based on the 125,000 miles and condition of the items on your vehicle (spark plugs, brakes, cabin filter, routine maintenance, etc). Also, the price we provided was repairing your active oil leak that we showed you photos of. I know you did not agree with our diagnostics and therefore we mentioned the second opinion. We strive for transparency as another reason we provide photos and digital multipoint inspections text/email to our customers. Most people like the digital aspect of the services as usually speeds things up. We will be more than happy to remove you from this program on your next visit. Thank you for taking the time to send in your review. Please make sure you leave a review for the establishment that worked on your electrical as we only worked on the compressor. As you know we are more than happy to make sure the work we performed was satisfactory and still in working order. We hoped to be able to do that this past Monday after we had the vehicle towed here over the weekend. We certainly wanted to insure that our worked had no correlation to the electrical issues you were having. We were not able to do so as you informed us early Monday morning that the vehicle was sold and the new owners would come pick it up. We proceeded as you directed and the purchaser did pick up your vehicle. You will be happy to know your vehicle had not lights on the dash, cranked and drove off the wrecker without issues as it did when we moved it from the shop to the parking lot. It also had no issues when the purchaser picked it up. Hopefully the new owner will not experience anymore issues. Thank you for the opportunity to be of service.
