This was my first time using this dealership. I stopped by to see if they could check a warning light on my Santa Fe. They helped me and fixed my problem in the same day. I brought my car in for a recall, to check a noise the tires were making, and the transmission due to some skipping while driving. The recall was taken care of, they said my tires were ok (listed as yello tires were making, and the transmission due to some skipping while driving. The recall was taken care of, they said my tires were ok (listed as yellow on the spectrum), and some fuel injector fluid was added. The noise and skipping was still happening. I took my car to a tire place and was shown a lump on 2 different tires with wires showing. All 4 tires needed to be replaced. This was within 30 days from my visit. The skipping is still currently happening. I will be making another appointment to have the skipping checked again bc the transmission fluid has to be checked by a dealer. (Which was requested at the original visit also). More

Yesterday I had my car serviced at Mitchell Hyundai dealership in Enterprise Alabama and had the most pleasant experience ever. The building was nice , clean, cool, and the associates I encountered were all friendly, most especially the service department man that I dealt with. He was a young man by the name of John J. Keen. He was so kind, courteous, respectful and helpful. At one time in my career I was a customer service manager for Winn-Dixie, went to be a front-end manager. While at Winn-Dixie I taught new hire orientation and customer service classes. I am a manager at a dry cleaners. I told her friend last night on the phone what a pleasant experience I had and what great customer service he provided. I would have to say that the young gentleman that I dealt with is a huge asset to your company and I applaud him for his customer service skills. Kudos to whoever hired him! I know from my own experience that people will gladly pay more to be treated nicely. More
