Service has been fine, however when you go to pick up your vehicle, the bomb is dropped that they charge 3% service fee for using a card. No warning up front. So at the point I’m pissed because they told me they fixed it . So it took my calling my Step dad and bringing him up there for them to actually fix what they was supposed to.. Mitch, the service manager, went out of his way to fix a transmission issue with our 2024 Santa Fe. We came in to get a condensation leak into the vehicle fixed. He informed us that the vehicle was showing transmission issue with our 2024 Santa Fe. We came in to get a condensation leak into the vehicle fixed. He informed us that the vehicle was showing 140 fault codes on the transmission, which the My Hyundai App would only show the first 6 which were supposed to have been fixed by Capital Hyundai in Montgomery. Mitch and his crew chased the problem to a plug that wasn't connected properly during the manufacturing process. After it was fixed, Mitch drove the vehicle for three days to ensure that there were no codes when we picked the vehicle up. The one draw back, was my advisor Dean didn't want to listen when I told him about the initial problem and that I had pictures to show. He stated he didn't need them. When he returned the vehicle, he said that he ran the car for 30 minutes and couldn't get it to reproduce the problem (which we told him would start after running for 1 1/2 hours). Again, Mitch Deese was exceptional!!! More

I took it over to have an oil change and they said the oil was burnt. It’s still jerking. More
