Scheduled appointment 2 weeks in advance. When I arrived they couldnt find my appointment in the system.Sat in lobby for 75 mins and then told they didn't have the part to do the job. The service was not pleasing this time—the service dept. Employees were telling me different things that were going on with the car. The service took 4 hrs. Also, I had screws in my floorboard when I got it back, and one of the service employees had to screw it back in because the mechanic who did it was gone to lunch. I don’t think I will be returning to this dealership anytime soon. More
