2017 Hyundai Tucson was surging or "missing". First time we took it in was right after a recall visit so we thought it might have been connected to an adjustment made according to recall directiv First time we took it in was right after a recall visit so we thought it might have been connected to an adjustment made according to recall directive. The service department said they could not duplicate the problem, they suggested a fuel system flush which we refused. Problem persisted and got worse. Took the car in again but this time I insisted we should take the technician for ride to mke sure and point out the problem. That time the car surged and he acknowledged there was something wrong. Turned out to be a cracked spark plug which they replaced at no cost. More

People are nice but…. brought in my palisade for first oil change, tire rotation and to check tire for a leak. Said couldn’t find a nail or anything. Said tires were rotated etc. less than a week later tire was way low again. The same front tire in the same position. Came back to dealership and told them all this and this told me the tires were never rotated. I would have never known except for the tire leaking. They then rotated tires and found a screw in the tire. Makes me wonder if oil was changed. This experience will make me question anything they do now. More

Left the cover to my motor off, replaced my battery without telling me, charged me 1100 and my car is still messed up. Had no oil in it when I picked it up. I was greeted with a smile and was helped right away. I was there for a recall issue with ABS. I appreciated the serviceman coming to tell me about my rear windshield wiper being torn and telling me cost o was there for a recall issue with ABS. I appreciated the serviceman coming to tell me about my rear windshield wiper being torn and telling me cost of repair before just doing it and then charging me for it. I told him to go ahead. I got car back in a reasonable time plus it was vacuumed and washed!! I will definitely be back! More
