This is poor customer service. It has taken 2 months before I received any response to the review of February 17th of my experience at the dealership. I thought someone higher up would have contacted me personally by phone to address my concerns. My issue is with the service department, not the sales personnel.

Left the cover to my motor off, replaced my battery without telling me, charged me 1100 and my car is still messed up. Had no oil in it when I picked it up. Worst experience I've ever had with them. More
