The dealership fixed part of an issue with my car that was wrong before I purchased it. I like that I got several reminders about my upcoming service. The waiting room was comfortable, and there was a play area for childen. I was told I would get my car back as soon as it was done...10:34 it was done and I made payment over phone told them I needed vehicle back by 130 had something I needed to do....didn't get car back til done...10:34 it was done and I made payment over phone told them I needed vehicle back by 130 had something I needed to do....didn't get car back till almost 3 pm and girl says my paperwork was lifted on managers desk and it clearly said need back by 1 30 on paperwork....very upset about the way it was handled.
