I was charged $108. 00 for a diagnosis. (Which is understandable) EXCEPT I was not told of a charge, while making my appt. for a free recall repair. Luckily it was a pay 00 for a diagnosis. (Which is understandable) EXCEPT I was not told of a charge, while making my appt. for a free recall repair. Luckily it was a pay week for me and I had the money. What would have happened if I showed up with not enough money? I specifically told the appt rep that money/cost was my biggest concern. So why didn't they tell me, that diagnosis could possibly cost 💲? If nothing else, I should get $54.00 back. That would be splitting the cost between me & the rep. **Also, they vacuumed my vehicle without asking me or letting me know. The problem is that I might have accidentally dropped jewelry, a note or medication in the floor (with plans to retrieve, after y'all were finished with my vehicle) ooops! Too late! It's been vacuumed up. Now what?Nothing. Cannot be undone. More
