Thank you for your review. We certainly do not want any customer to be unhappy with their experience with Mitchell Hyundai. Looks like your purchase was in Aug of 2022. It would be hard to remember the purchase that far back, but we are more than happy to pull documentation for you should you deem necessary. We do provide our customers with a 20 year 200000 mile powertrain warranty with the purchase of every new vehicle. I am sorry for any miscommunication on our part as the free oil changes are provided by the manufacturer. Thank you for your review and your business.
