This was my first service of a new Hyundai Santa Cruze I bought in January. setting up the appointment was easy and the service attendant was waiting as I drove in.. I will say that all the service department expectations were exceeded and the professionalism of that department is impressive by itself. Looking forward to working with this company. .Wasn't happy with the car wash afterwards. Water running down the window and sides. For a dealership with this type professionalism and service the car wash kind of let the steam out as I was driving out. I will still give the Mitchell Brand and especially the service department 5 STARS. More
