I carried my Tucson in for a new AC compressor and a catalytic converter. The car drove fine before they worked on it. When I went to pick it up, the battery was dead. They jumped the car off and told m catalytic converter. The car drove fine before they worked on it. When I went to pick it up, the battery was dead. They jumped the car off and told me it just needed a new battery. I went and bought a new battery. Three days later it was dead. They said it was a faulty battery and replaced it with one of theirs. Two days later it was dead. Then they told me I needed an alternator, so I replaced it (used a different garage). Car battery was still dying. So the other garage found where the relay had been badly damaged. They replaced it. It cranked fine ( for two days) until someone pulled out and came close to hitting me and all the lights on the dash came on. I parked it at work and it cranked fine when I got off so I went home. Went to work and the dollar general the next day. When I left the dollar general, it quit on me 5 times ( every light came on and it locked on me). My husband jumped it off 5 times before we got it home. It spent a lot of money just to trade it in because they wouldn’t check to make sure it wasn’t something to do with the compressor they replaced. Will never do business with them again. I will never have another Hyundai. It was my first Hyundai and my last! They didn’t even offer to give me any of the money back that I spent with them. More

This was my first service of a new Hyundai Santa Cruze I bought in January. setting up the appointment was easy and the service attendant was waiting as I drove in.. I will say that all the service department expectations were exceeded and the professionalism of that department is impressive by itself. Looking forward to working with this company. .Wasn't happy with the car wash afterwards. Water running down the window and sides. For a dealership with this type professionalism and service the car wash kind of let the steam out as I was driving out.
