I currently have full coverage insurance on my vehicle. I took my vehicle in for service and try to obtain a loaner vehicle. It was not this time, not during the phone conversation when I set the appoin I took my vehicle in for service and try to obtain a loaner vehicle. It was not this time, not during the phone conversation when I set the appointment up, that I found out that a loaner vehicle would not be provided. It was brought to my attention that my insurance through AAA (Triple A) was not a major insurance provider. My current agent, who would also like to know what classifies an insurance company as being a major company. I was advised that the company meets or exceeds the criteria that is set forth by the governing body. So I ask what must I do to be able to have a loaner vehicle provided when I drop my car off for service. Also, my previous vehicle was in Nissan Altima. When I would take the vehicle in for service at the Nissan dealer, complimentary drinks and light snacks were provided. Where was this offering at my service visit with Mitchell Hyundai?
