Good evening, sorry for the inconvenience. Some insurance companies do not cover loaner vehicles. The insurance you had is one of those companies. This prohibits us from loaning you a vehicle as our insurance will not cover the vehicle unless one of our employees is in the vehicle at the time of loss. AAA is not for collision or liability it is a towing service. You can use it should your vehicle need to be towed. Our snacks are located in the service waiting area Infront of the TV. We refill them periodically through the day. Please ask on your next visit and we will be more than happy to make sure plenty are available., thank you for your service we look forward to serving you in the future.

Maybe you were misinformed about all the services that AAA offers, but car insurance is one of them. You must be a member of the “towing” service to be eligible for car insurance through them but it is an offering. My agent will be pleased to learn that they don’t cover loaner vehicles. She, Chantelle, advised me that very day that it was not an issue. That my insurance would cover a loaner if my vehicle was in for service. Before jumping to assumptions, please take the time to learn about the coverages that you are deeming inadequate. Again, thank you.
