I currently have full coverage insurance on my vehicle. I took my vehicle in for service and try to obtain a loaner vehicle. It was not this time, not during the phone conversation when I set the appointment up, that I found out that a loaner vehicle would not be provided. It was brought to my attention that my insurance through AAA (Triple A) was not a major insurance provider. My current agent, who would also like to know what classifies an insurance company as being a major company. I was advised that the company meets or exceeds the criteria that is set forth by the governing body. So I ask what must I do to be able to have a loaner vehicle provided when I drop my car off for service. Also, my previous vehicle was in Nissan Altima. When I would take the vehicle in for service at the Nissan dealer, complimentary drinks and light snacks were provided. Where was this offering at my service visit with Mitchell Hyundai? A little disappointed. More
Couldn't find the problem With my palaside ! Had it 4 times to find out what was going on! Last time we picked it up (fixed) it had no oil in it at all they didn't even check! Staff is friendly, poor communication after the initial contact, weight time is very long, even with and appointment an oil change tool 4 or 5 hours.
