Professional and quick. They were able to get a part for my car in quickly and got me in the same day to get it replaced so I could safely drive my car. I called about a 2010 F150 Mitchell Hyundai had on a FB ad...I spoke with the salesman about the truck...I talked to him about how I needed a truck with 4WD...I'm a building contractor in and around South ad...I spoke with the salesman about the truck...I talked to him about how I needed a truck with 4WD...I'm a building contractor in and around South Walton...we have to pull off the road when clearing lots and what have you...I asked if he could make sure that it was in good shape.. really about the whole truck...it having less than 95K miles and with the assurance of this supposedly honest and knowledgeable sales person I went ahead and paid cash for the truck...and to be honest it was a little more than it was really worth...but with the thought of having a good sound truck I went ahead with the purchase...about 2 days later while at work I put it in 4WD...and the 4WD icon or warning light came on and does every time I do this...then maybe a week later the brakes go to snapping and popping in the front and sounds like the U joints going out among several other things that are starting to happen...so I guess you could say I bought my last Lemon from the Hyundia Dealership in Enterprise Alabama... Note- seems like the only way to proceed with this review is to pick a sales person to add to the review..this sales person "Ricky" was not the salesman I worked with...and I've been told the sales person I worked with is no longer employed at this dealership but had to pick one...I'm sure Ricky is a fine fella and would be a great salesman to work with.. I bought a 2021 Hyundai Genesis from Mitchell Hyundai. I love the car. The extended warranty experience was the total opposite; a terrible disappointment. I had a terrible taste in my mouth from the to I love the car. The extended warranty experience was the total opposite; a terrible disappointment. I had a terrible taste in my mouth from the total experience because every time I took the car in for a warranty repair, warranty wouldn't cover it. I was supposed to have the "golden" extended warranty. After changing the battery in my car, the center console display no longer worked. I had to take it to Mitchell Hyundai because no other dealer would work on it since Genesis broke away from Hyundai and I bought if from Mitchell Hyundai. Dean Bock made all the difference in this story. He had his technician troubleshoot the system and determined the display was bad. They could not repair it nor replace it. Fortunately, I had done research and found a company that repairs original car audio systems and provides a warranty. Dean worked with me and removed the radio and display units. I sent them for bench testing and repair, as necessary. I received the units back, fully repaired, and Dean had his technician install and test them for proper operation. Because Dean was willing to work with me and go through multiple visits, I now have a car with a working display. Plus, he now has somewhere to refer his customers for a repair if they have the same situation. Because of Dean Bock, my opinion of Mitchell Hyundai has improved. I trust him. And, I will return for service visits because of him. Thomas Jones was also a significant contributor to how this story ended. More
