I would receive a text or phone msg from my sales person and it wasn't ever pushy. Just friendly. The only part I didn't like were the calls from SEVERAL dealers after I inquired about something on the internet. I think I will get calls from Hyundai dealers from around the US even after I die! That had nothing to do with Mitchell but it was still so, so aggravating. Other than that I had fun buying my car!! More
